While all sales are generally final due to hygiene and customisation, nothing in this policy is intended to override your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If a product you receive is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL, including a repair, replacement, or refund.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect sizing due to inaccurate customer measurements;

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper application/removal of the nails;

  • Normal wear and tear of handmade products.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website or authorised channels.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

We want you to love your handmade press-on nails! Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our press-on nail products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you check your measurements carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, we highly recommend contacting us for assistance.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at b.nailzbyb@gmail.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product.

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may begin and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


Custom Orders

Custom or personalised sets are **non-refundable and non-exchangeable** unless they arrive damaged or defective.
