While Nailz By B ("we", "our", "us") makes every effort to ensure accurate and timely shipping of all orders, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to a third-party shipping provider.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to postal delays, customs clearance, weather events, or service disruptions.

Nailz By B is not liable for:

  • Delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Postal delays or lost shipments once in the possession of the shipping provider

  • Packages returned to sender due to non-collection or address errors

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and for contacting the relevant postal service if delivery issues arise.

This disclaimer is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a remedy in the event of a major failure. This disclaimer does not intend to exclude or limit any such statutory rights.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nailz By B. We are proud to offer high-quality, handmade press-on nails across Australia and selected international locations. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All our press-on nail sets are handmade to order. Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing and production

  • Additional time during peak periods or for custom sets

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other reliable couriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or during promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping provider first with your tracking number. For further help, you can contact us at:
